What makes your websites different from a generic web designer?
We work exclusively with mental health and wellness professionals. We know your ethics, your language, your licensing requirements, and what your clients need to feel safe enough to reach out. A generic designer has to learn all of that from scratch. We already know it. That shows up in every page we build.
Do I have to write my own copy?
No. You choose. With our template buildout you can write your own copy using our strategy worksheets, which walk you through exactly what to say on every page. Or you can add done-for-you copywriting and we handle everything. With custom builds, copywriting is always included. If you want copywriting as a standalone service without a new website build, we offer that too on our copywriting page.
What platform will my site be built on?
Template builds are on Wix or Squarespace. Both are excellent for therapists and wellness professionals, easy to update yourself, solid SEO support, and good booking integrations. Custom builds can be on any platform depending on what your practice needs. We will talk through the best fit on the consult call.
What are the strategy worksheets?
They are our signature planning documents that every project starts with. They walk you through your services, your ideal client, what you want visitors to do when they land on your site, and how you want to sound. If you are writing your own copy, they guide you through every page. If we are writing it, they give us everything we need to write in your voice. Every website project includes them at no extra cost.
What if I already have a website? Can you redesign it
Yes. A redesign follows the same process as a new build. We start with the worksheets, look at what is working and what is not, and build something new. Your existing domain and any content you want to keep gets folded into the new site.
Will my website show up on Google?
We build your SEO foundation as part of every project: page titles, meta descriptions, header structure, local SEO setup, and Google Business guidance. That gives you a solid starting point. For ongoing SEO and AI search optimization that compounds over time, that is a separate service and worth discussing at the same time as your website build.
What happens after launch? Can I update the site myself?
Yes. Wix and Squarespace are designed for non-technical users to update. After launch we walk you through how to make basic changes. If you want ongoing support after that, we offer a website updates and maintenance service that covers any platform including WordPress and Showit.
