I'm Cat! I've been working with Mind Wellness Marketing for 6+ years and I love being surrounded by a team of talented women who are passionate about marketing. I have 15+ years experience with marketing and media and have worked with hundreds of brands by implementing their website designs and social media strategies. I have a Bachelors Degree in Media Arts & Design with a concentration in Journalism from James Madison University, and I have my certification in Social Media Management from Social Monkey Business. I live on a homestead in New Jersey with my husband, four kids, and 40+ animals.

I believe the best marketing starts with knowing your voice inside and out... so that’s where I begin! Once I understand your message and mission, I bring it to life through copywriting, web design, conversion-focused funnels, and my favorite playground: TikTok.

I live on a homestead with 4 goats, 18 chickens, 6 ducks, 3 peacocks, and many more to come. I've always wanted to be surrounded by farm animals, and we're making that a reality.
My favorite food is crabs and I love the whole process from catching them, cleaning them, and cooking them. It's a process I learned from my grandpa growing up, and I'm turning it into something my kids love to do as well.
I hate potatoes in any form—fries, mashed, baked—I can't get over the texture!
